Mercedes Benz EQS SUV Import

The luxury electric SUV, is the electric equivalent of the Mercedes GLS, though it shares many components with the EQS saloon. The SUV is built on the same long wheelbase as the EQS, but it is about 20 cm higher, making it Mercedes's largest electric SUV. 

Technical Features

The Mercedes EQS SUV has a range of up to 660 kilometres (410 miles) and an output of 400kW. All EQS SUV models feature a powerful all-electric powertrain on the rear axle, while the 4MATIC versions also feature an electric drivetrain on the front axle. One of the highlights of the EQS SUV is its torque vectoring system, which helps improve handling by sending power to each individual wheel depending on how much traction they need. This means that the EQS SUV will be equipped to handle snow, rain and light terrain. The most powerful engine (the EQS SUV 580) can go from 0-60 in just under 5 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 210 km/h (130 mph). 

Interior and Tech

The interior of the EQS SUV is stylish and modern, featuring premium materials and cutting-edge technology. Some of the highlights include the MBUX Hyperscreen, the wireless charging pad, Dolby Atmos surround sound system and the rear seat entertainment. The entire instrument panel of the EQS SUV is contained within the central curved Hyperscreen, which stretches from A-pillar to A-pillar. What's more, Mercedes have improved their AI Voice Assistant, Hey Mercedes, allowing it to learn and adapt based on the driver's habits and preferences. Hey Mercedes allows drivers to take phone calls, change the temperature, plan a journey, and change the colour of the ambient light system.
