3. Selecting a Car: We'll present you with stock and new build order options. Our aim is to find you a solution that you are 100% happy with. 
4. Invoice and Deposit: Once you've selected your car, we will raise an invoice and collect a deposit to reserve it with the dealer or place the order with the supplier. 
5. Payment and Collection:
   • For stock cars, we will collect the car from the supplier as soon as the balance payment is cleared. 
   • For new-build, bespoke vehicle orders, we will wait until the car is built and ready to collect from the supplier. 
6. Transport to Port: We will arrange for the car to be transported on a truck from the dealership to the port
7. QISJ Inspection: To comply with Kenyan Standards and other standards approved by KEBS, your vehicle will undergo a pre-delivery inspection by QISJ.
8. Storage and Shipping: Your car will be securely stored at the port for a few days until it's ready to be loaded onto a container and shipped to Mombasa Port, Kenya.
9. Documentation: We'll post all necessary documents, including the V5 logbook and the QISJ Certificate, to you via Royal Mail/DHL, ensuring you'll have them in time to clear the car. 
10. Warranty: If needed, we can offer local comprehensive warranty cover for your vehicle.
